Company Profile

Nick Bradford set up NB & Co as a tax, accounting and audit practice in 1985.  Prior to this he headed up the Shell/Expro tax team covering their UKCS exposure to Royalty, PRT and CT.

Before joining Shell/Expro he was employed by US conglomerate Tenneco Inc dealing with tax issues across Europe and Africa.

From this background a specialism in taxation has developed.  Specifically we have an interest in double taxation issues and non-residence.  Accounting and audit work extends to the UK interest of overseas clients.

Account Tax Ltd was established to specialise in the operation of small limited companies.  A concentration in the endless challenges which face these companies (IR35, S660A, PAYE and VAT compliance) has resulted in a degree of excellence.  Being a small company too, enables us to empathise with our clients.
